CAREERS

Our people are the strategy.

Team members are at the heart of our evolution strategy. The expertise we sell is the expertise our people carry — so how they feel, how they work together and how they grow is not a benefits page, it is the strategy itself.

The job, most days: a cabinet, a question, and the time to answer it properly.
Our priorities for the people who work here

Well‑being comes first

A team that is well does better work. Workload, balance and health are looked at before the deadline, not after it.

A positive environment

Collaboration over competition. Questions are welcome, mistakes are discussed openly, and nobody is left alone with a problem on a site.

Room to create

Initiative is expected, not merely tolerated. A better way to run an assessment, a tool worth building, a method worth improving — you get the time to try it.

Personal development

Time and budget for the certifications and standards that keep an industrial engineer credible — and a path that follows what you become good at.

What you will work on

  • Asset inventory and network documentation on live sites
